Usage and Performance of Edge Gluing Clamps L1000 (700 mm)

With the L1000 (700 mm) edge gluing clamp, you can glue almost all types of wood. As a result, the strong thread and thick tubes generate high surface pressure, ensuring complete glue squeeze-out from the joint. This results in a clean and sturdy bond. The clamp allows for gluing panels up to 700 mm wide, with any length and thickness ranging from 25 mm (or less with additional padding) to 50 mm.

For a glued panel that is 500 mm wide and 2000 mm long, we recommend using up to 5 sets of edge gluing clamps. However, the number of clamps needed depends on the thickness, width, and number of glued panels, as well as the hardness of the wood. In extreme cases, additional classic clamps can be used to ensure a secure bond.

Productivity with L1000 Clamps
