GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The General Terms and Conditions of the online store delteh.com have been drawn up in accordance with the Slovene Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the Seller and the Buyer. The Buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing the online order.
USER CATEGORIES
By registering on the website, a visitor becomes a Member. A visitor who makes a purchase without registration is a Guest. Both have the right to purchase. Registration allows access to order history and faster checkout. If a member forgets their password, they can reset it here: https://delteh.com/my-account/lost-password/.
PRICES AND VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)
Due to the nature of online business, offers and prices are subject to change. All prices are listed in EUR (Euro).
Price Display: Prices are displayed as gross amounts (including VAT). For the convenience of consumers, the Net price (excluding VAT) is also displayed alongside (e.g., 122,00 € inc. VAT (100,00€ excl. VAT)).
Shipping Costs: Prices DO NOT include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed in the cart before checkout.
VAT Calculation: The final tax calculation takes place at checkout based on the customer’s status:
Slovenian VAT (22%) applies to customers in Slovenia. For cross-border sales to consumers in other EU Member States, Slovenian VAT applies until the total annual threshold of EUR 10,000 (excluding VAT) for all EU cross-border supplies is exceeded. Once exceeded, VAT of the customer’s Member State applies in accordance with EU legislation (OSS scheme).
EU Companies (B2B): If a valid VAT ID (registered in VIES) is provided at checkout, VAT is not charged (0% – Reverse Charge).
Non-EU Customers (International): Prices are VAT-exempt (0% VAT – Export). The buyer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes in their country.
The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer receives an order confirmation email confirming receipt of the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Seller offers the following payment methods:
Bank transfer (based on a proforma invoice/offer),
PayPal or Credit / Debit Cards.
The Seller sends the invoice electronically or with the delivery. Notice for Companies: If you require an invoice addressed to a company, you must correctly fill in the Company Name and VAT Number fields during checkout. Later corrections to invoices are not possible.
PURCHASE FOR LEGAL ENTITIES (B2B)
The purchase process for legal entities is the same as for natural persons, with the addition of company data. Important distinction: Companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without reason, as applies to consumers. Returns for legal entities are only possible in the case of warranty claims or material defects. Refunds for legal entities are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Consumers only)
In accordance with ZVPot-1, the Consumer (natural person) has the right to notify the Seller within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason.
The period starts one day after the date of receipt.
Withdrawal must be communicated to: info@delteh.com or via the form available [HERE].
The Consumer must return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.
Goods must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity, and in original packaging (if possible), unless the goods were destroyed without the Consumer’s fault.
The only cost borne by the Consumer regarding withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods (shipping). We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
The Seller shall reimburse all payments received (including the original delivery costs) no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
WARRANTY AND NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Warranty: Items carry a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid upon compliance with instructions and submission of the invoice.
Non-conformity (EU rules): The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years from delivery. The consumer must inform the Seller of the lack of conformity within two months of discovering it.. The Consumer may request:
Free repair or replacement of the goods,
A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (refund) if the defect cannot be remedied or is not remedied within a reasonable time.

DELIVERY
The Seller will dispatch ordered items (if in stock) as soon as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije, GLS, FedEx, or other courier services.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Seller undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with ZVOP-2 and GDPR. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Seller respects applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints should be sent via email to info@delteh.com. The complaint process is confidential. The Seller strives to resolve disputes amicably. In accordance with applicable legislation, the Seller does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent. Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Slovenia.
