Warranty and refunds

WARRANTY, CLAIMS AND RETURNS

1. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products are covered by a warranty only if explicitly stated on the warranty certificate, invoice, or product description.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery (date of receipt).

This warranty constitutes a voluntary commercial guarantee and does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights arising from lack of conformity under applicable law (including the seller’s liability for non-conformity lasting 2 years).

Validity

The warranty is valid upon presentation of the invoice as proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • improper use or use contrary to instructions,

  • mechanical damage, normal wear and tear, or overloading,

  • unauthorized modifications or tampering.

Claims Procedure

The Seller shall remedy the defect within a reasonable time, generally no later than 30 days from receipt of the claim and the product, unless a longer period is required due to the nature of the defect.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

Consumers (natural persons) within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.

This right does not apply to legal entities (B2B customers).

Return Costs

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Higher Return Costs

For items that cannot be returned by standard post (e.g., weight over 20 kg or bulky goods), return costs may be significantly higher.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds are processed via bank transfer only.

3. NON-EU CUSTOMERS

The EU statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not automatically apply to customers outside the European Union.

In case of an agreed return, the buyer bears all shipping costs (both original and return shipping) and any customs duties.

Only the product value will be refunded.

This provision does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the local law of the buyer’s country.
